Please join us for a one-night only exhibition featuring the best in contemporary visual art in an historic downtown setting. Nashville’s favorite Fugitive Art Center has partnered with LoftWerks to bring to Nashville’s downtown an installation of art work from local, regional, and nationally recognized artists on the top two floors of the Ambrose building on fourth avenue (between Church and Commerce streets).

This exhibition features artists who are currently pushing the boundaries of painting, drawing, print making, sculpture, film, installation, and video. This show continues the precedents of contemporary independent exhibitions in the downtown area set by VAANgard, the untitled group, the Downtown Presbyterian Church, and the Gallery on Broadway. Many of the artists will be familiar to those who saw The Fragile Species mounted this summer by the Frist Center for the Visual Arts, the Gambit shows, the Off the Wall shows, the Secret Show series, and from exhibitions of Nashville’s burgeoning commercial gallery community.

LoftWerks has brought on board The Nashville Scene, Scion automotive division, SunTrust, Village Real Estate Services and area restaurants to bring you a provocative evening of the best the downtown has to offer.
